Cancellation Refund Terms

1) The BUYER has the right of withdrawal up to six (6) hours before the provision of the service that is the subject of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required to notify Vip Türkiye by e-mail or telephone within this period. In case of exercising this right, Vip Turkey will refund the service fee to the BUYER within the following seven (7) days.
2) The BUYER has the right to change or postpone the start and end place of the service and the service time up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contracted service. In order to exercise the right of change, notification must be made to Vip Türkiye by phone or live support units within this period, and the fee difference arising from the change must be collected through the method determined by consultation with the support unit. Postponement can be made for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days later.
3) Vip Turkey officials are responsible for following up on situations or operational cancellations and / or other delays that have been booked for transportation service in advance by the passenger but occur due to changes in flight schedules and for taking all necessary measures in a timely manner to perform the transportation service without demanding an additional fee. In this context, in case of cancellation of the flight for any reason, if the passenger has paid the transfer fee to Vip Türkiye, Vip Turkey will refund the entire transfer fee to the bank account provided by the passenger within 7 (seven) days at the latest.
4) The invoice for the service is issued if the service is performed. Invoice delivery is made as requested by the BUYER among the options offered to the BUYER.
5) VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded in full or partial refunds that may occur due to cancellation or disruption of invoiced services caused by the BUYER. If the problem or cancellation is caused by Vipturkiye.com, the entire payment will be refunded to the BUYER's account.
6) In addition, services produced in accordance with the consumer's special requests and demands or personalized by making changes or additions, campaigns and other promotional sales that can be made are subject to cancellation. The transaction cannot be completed, the BUYER cannot exercise his right of withdrawal. However, it can use its right of postponement in accordance with the change rules to be used within thirty (30) calendar days.
7) In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts at the place of residence of Vip Of Transfer are competent up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
8) In case the order is finalized, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
