This disclosure statement has been prepared to inform you about the purpose, scope, duration, and other matters that may affect you regarding the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the “Protection of Personal Data” (KVKK).

WHO WILL PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Upon obtaining your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data, we, as Vip Of Transfer, acting as the data controller, will begin processing your personal data while ensuring data security. While processing your personal data, we may authorize one or more data processors, ensuring the necessary level of security, to process your data as well.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED, FOR WHAT PURPOSE, AND TO WHOM WILL IT BE TRANSFERRED?
Your personal data is processed to enable the provision of our company's products and services, for use in marketing activities, for existing or new product studies, and for identifying potential customers. For these purposes, we share the personal data we process with our affiliates and business partners located in Türkiye and abroad.

HOW WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE COLLECTED?
Your personal data may be collected, with your consent, verbally, in writing, or electronically through our sales and marketing department employees, call centers, website, or social media channels.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, which include: “a) It is expressly provided for by law,” “b) It is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the processing of personal data of the parties to the contract,” “c) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,” “e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,” “f) Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” In the absence of any of these grounds, your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent as specified in Article 5(1) of the KVKK.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE PROCESSED IN OUR DATA RECORD SYSTEM?

The duration for which our company retains the personal data it processes has been specified. After the specified periods expire, the relevant personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Within the framework of Article 11 of the KVKK, you can submit the following requests to our company:

1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
2. Request information if your personal data has been processed,
3. Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
4. Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad,
5. Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
6. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7,
7. Request notification to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred regarding the actions taken under items (d) and (e),
8. Object to any result arising against you due to the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. Request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Personal data owners can submit their requests regarding the above-mentioned rights by completing the form available at www.vipoftransfer.com/iletisim and submitting it to our company online. Requests submitted to our company in accordance with the procedures will be finalized within 30 days at the latest.
